Distillery Information
Canava Santorini was established in 1974 on Santorini island by Evagellos Lygnos. Today his son Loukas Lygnos still produces CANAVA SANTORINI’s fine spirits with the same principles and the same local materials. The same recipes inherited through generations are still being used.
