Eden Mills St Andrews Golf Gin | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Hints of juniper in a forest of lavender and spruce trees with a subtle underlying salty tang.

Palate: The juniper dominates as it should but is balanced out with a sweetness from the gorse. The heather and lavender add a floral note while the spruce and coriander provide a distinct peppery finish.

Finish: Crisp and fresh.

Distillery Information

Eden Mill began with the mission of returning the lost art of distilling and brewing to St. Andrews. A combined distillery and brewery, making craft gin, single malt whisky and beer situated on the site of an old distillery, Seggie Distillery, that was founded in 1810 and closed after 50 years. In 2012 Paul Miller, who has been a part of the drinks industry for nearly 40 years, opened Eden Brewery at the site; after a rebrand, it became Eden Mill.
