Distillery Information
Tentaka Sake Brewery is a small sake brewery in the countryside surrounded by rice fields. Located in a blessed rural area with abundant crops, it was natural for a local sake shop to want to make sake using local rice. In this way, we worked together with local farmers to create organic sake. Our goal was to create safer and more reliable alcohol, but as we deepened our thinking about organic products, our feelings for the local community grew stronger. We felt that expanding organic agriculture, starting with organic sake brewing, would not only reduce the environmental impact, but also expand the possibilities of organic agricultural products and foods, and lead to the vitality and revitalization of the region. Tentaka Sake Brewery would like to play a central role in creating a lasting business system and increasing the value of the entire region. Organic is just one method, but we will focus our efforts on creating a business cycle that everyone will enjoy. “I’m glad I had Tentaka.” In order to be a company that people think of as such, we will continue to work hard to conduct business that is focused on the future of the region.
