Wyoming Double Single Barrel Bourbon Whisky Tasting Notes
Nose: Browned butter, Cola, black currant and dried dates.
Palate: Cola, dark chocolate, buttered pastry, dried date and fig, raisin and orange citrus.
Finish: Long finish; dry, but with lingering impressions of butter crme, candied orange peel, and dark dried fruit.
Distillery Information
The Mead family first came to Wyoming as ranchers in 1890. In the ensuing 125 years, the family has continued to work raising cattle at their ranches in Spring Gulch and Kirby. Brad and Kate Mead are the founders of Wyoming Whiskey, and Sam Mead has been guiding the distillery since 2014.
