Distilled by West Indies Rum Distillery in the pot and column still from molasses, the Plantation Barbados 8 year old Port Cask Finish first matured for five years in Barbados in former classic American Bourbon Casks, then Ferrand left the Rum ripen in France for one year in former Ferrand Cognac Casks and for another two years in former Port Wine Casks from the Alto Douro region in Portugal.
