It was distilled in 1996 at the renowned Springbank distillery and has been aged in a combination of ex-Oloroso Sherry and ex-Bourbon casks. The whisky has a deep golden hue and a complex nose of dried fruits, honey, candied orange peel, oak spices, and a hint of smoked peat. The palate is rich and full-bodied, offering sweet and spicy notes of toffee, tobacco, leather, and dried cherries.
