Don Cayo Anejo Double Barrel is a high-end tequila from Mexico. It is aged for two years in American Oak barrels and finished for six months in French Oak barrels. The result is a smooth and complex tequila with a golden caramel color. The aroma is a mix of cooked agave, oak, and sweet vanilla with hints of citrus and spice. On the palate it is smooth and creamy, with notes of caramel, vanilla, oak, and sweet cooked agave. The finish is long and smooth with a lingering sweetness.
