Distillery Information
The distillery is nestled within a lush valley in the foothills of the Central Highlands of Scotland, in the village of Aberfeldy and a stones throw from the birthplace of founder John Dewar. Scottish malted barley and longer fermentation times create more flavour-bearing esters, triggering the hallmark honey notes of Aberfeldy single malt.
