Nose: “Sweet and bready. Shortly after, intense herbs and spices emerge. It’s almost reminiscent of spice bread. Vanilla and a herbal honey.”
Palate: “Incredibly full and sparkling, but not a bit spicy. The alcohol is frighteningly well integrated. Incredibly sweet and herbaceous. Herbal sweets (Ricola).”
Finish: “Long, sweet and extremely herbaceous. Some bread to taste.”
