Central Standard Distillery North Brandy is a small-batch craft spirit produced from hand-selected apples from local orchards in the North Coast of California. The apples are fermented and distilled using traditional methods, and the finished product is aged in oak barrels for an average of two years. The result is a smooth, flavorful, and complex brandy with notes of caramel, dried fruit, and oak.
