Kidoizumi Shuzo Kokin 1990 | 720ML Tasting Notes
Nose: The nose is complex, displaying aromas of cocoa, coffee, caramel and spices.
Palate: On the palate, it is a full-bodied sake, with notes of bitter chocolate, salted caramel and a nutty, sherry character.
Finish: The finish is quite unique, rich and long lasting.
Distillery Information
Although KIDOIZUMI was originally founded in 1879, the key turning point toward our current product occurred in 1956, when the 3rd generation of ownership made the decision to switch to a unique brewing method developed especially by KIDOIZUMI.
