Ko’olau Distillery Mahealani is a small-batch, handcrafted Hawaiian whiskey that was created in honor of the Hawaiian goddess Mahealani. This whiskey is made from carefully selected local ingredients including Maui-grown sugar cane and Hawaiian-grown sweet potatoes. It has a smooth, sweet flavor with notes of caramel and vanilla, and a hint of tropical fruit. It is aged in toasted American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, resulting in a complex and balanced whiskey.
