Passion Blanco Tequila is made from fully mature, estate-grown blue agave that is harvested and crushed by hand. The juice is then fermented in stainless steel vats with proprietary yeast strains for three days, and double distilled in copper-pot stills. The result is a crisp and clean tequila with a rich agave flavor. Passion Blanco Tequila has a slightly sweet and floral aroma, with notes of green apple and fresh agave.
