The worlds first quarter strength Blanco Agave Spirit, was created to try and give all the experience of a full-strength Tequila but with a fraction of the alcohol. Blue agave from Tequila, Mexico is sourced and then fermented in-house with a carefully crafted strain of yeast which creates a mosto (wash) which is then copper pot distilled.
Quarter Light Agave Spirit | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Full-bodied aromas. Delightful and refreshing.
Palate: A grassy tang, citrus, a hint of smoke, and black pepper.
Finish: Lingering finish that leaves a lasting impression.
Distillery Information
Fabian and Rohan have been best pals for 22 years, so it was about time they went into business together. Fabian loves a weekday cocktail but is a bit of an amateur athlete. Rohan was an All or NOTHING drinker for many years, which wasnt sustainable.
