Nose: Cooked apples with plenty of sweet spice, drizzles of warm caramel, and fragrant notes of polished wood and charred potpourri.

Palate: Hearty helpings of fruits and spices open the way, with peppery oak, cloves, and ginger balanced by jammy dark plums and anise.

Finish: Woody spice lingers, with notes of liquorice, and toffee apples.
