- Wine Enthusiast: Fresh apple-flesh, honeysuckle and light lemon-butter aromas show on the nose of this blend of 60% Viognier, 30% Grenache Blanc and 10% Chardonnay. Lemon peel gives a fresh edge to the dried pear flavor of the palate, which also shows a steely minerality.

Brought up mostly in neutral barrels, with a small part in stainless, it offers rich, full-bodied aromas and flavors of buttered peach, tangerine, honeysuckle and flowers. An abstract energy that a wine possesses, inspired by picking at a just-ripe-enough precipice and then getting out of the way. Winemaker and Owner are Julian Gonzales and Alex Guarachi.
