Nose: A truly colossal burst of sweet vanilla, citrus and juicy barley.
Palate: Soft, warm mouthfeel with notes of freshly baked gingerbread, a hint of liquid honey, and a gentle spice.
Finish: The finish is long, with a rich abundance of sweet meringue and caramels.

Timorous Beastie is a Scotch whisky with a unique character. It’s a blended malt, made from single malts from several distilleries but without any grain whisky. The name comes from Robert Burns’ poem “To a Mouse”. It reflects the brand’s connection to Scottish culture.
